Washington, DC — Colombian Environment and Sustainable Development Minister Carlos Eduardo Correa is in Washington, DC this week to strengthen cooperation between the Colombian and U.S. governments and international organizations in order to promote and support the management of sustainable environmental development in the region.
On Thursday, July 15th, Minister Correa joined in a conversation on the hemispheric implications of deforestation and environmental degradation in the Amazon region of Colombia, hosted by Atlantic Council.
