As part of the IMF–World Bank Annual Meetings, the session gathered high-level representatives from international financial institutions, the United Nations, and partner countries such as Colombia, Kenya, France, Germany, and the United Kingdom.

Colombia has been a driving force behind the 4P Implementation Pathway, a joint initiative aimed at implementing the key recommendations of the Expert Review on Debt, Nature and Climate. The meeting in Washington, co-hosted by Colombia, provided a platform to advance practical steps on debt reform, green financing, and the integration of climate and nature into macroeconomic planning.

By co-chairing this dialogue, Colombia reaffirmed its leadership in fostering a global financial architecture that serves people and planet alike, one that transforms analysis into collective action.
