Colombian Vice President and Foreign Minister Marta Lucía Ramírez and Secretary of State Antony Blinken led their respective delegations in the ninth round of the U.S.-Colombia High-Level Dialogue (HLD) in Bogotá on October 21.
With comprehensive rural development a priority, the delegations met as six working groups: o Education o Culture and sports o Environment, climate change and health o Energy and infrastructure o Democracy, good governance and human rights o Security, anti-narcotics and rural development
