Gaff House, the diplomatic house of the Colombian Ambassador to the United States, designed and built by the renowned architect Jules Henri de Sibour, a descendant of Louis XVI and the son of a viscount, who studied at Yale and L’Ecole des Beaux Arts in Paris. The house is considered one of the most important architectural pieces in Dupont Circle, a historic district located in Northwest Washington D.C.
